Order confirmation and shipment preparation
Our online store is open from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. After receiving your order, we will check and confirm your order within one business day and you will receive an order confirmation from us. Your shipment will then be prepared by us within 1 to 2 business days and handed over to the shipping service provider.

Shipping with DHL is usually within 1 to 3 business days in Germany and Austria. The total delivery time from receipt of your order to delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping with DHL in Europe usually takes 2 to 5 business days. The total delivery time from receipt of your order to delivery is 3 to 7 business days.
