In Escentric 04, Javanol is surrounded by other notes; Geza Sch\u00f6n was inspired by the grapefruit note. “In other Escentric fragrances, I’ve used large amounts of the main molecule. Javanol, however, is like truffles – small amounts are enough to take you to seventh heaven.”<\/p>\n
Escentric 04 is thus a unique interpretation of sandalwood – not woody heavy, but in the top note complemented by fresh, bitter notes of pink grapefruit peel, of juniper and pink pepper. A touch of marijuana brings out the soft notes of grapefruit in the process. At the heart, iris (orris) blossoms with a rose chord newly composed by Sch\u00f6n. The fragrance finishes with a balsamic woody note from Javanol and the more lovely sandalwood molecule Polysantol.<\/p>\n
